Major in Life: To Simply Live

Nothing fancy

life

I’m not as ambitious as I used to be.

The desire to travel is not that alluring anymore.

To acquire fancy gadgets is not that enticing.

To be filthy rich is not my number one goal.

To be the best is not worth living anymore.

I used to resist change

But now I see it.

I can fully grasp it.

It’s hard to dance with it but it’s easy to learn from it.

Nowadays, all I want is to have enough hours of sleep.

To eat my food unhurriedly with my loved ones.

To live a day with a purpose.

To have a healthy body.

To be content with what I have.

To have time for myself.

To be at peace in my journey.

To simply live.

This is all I ask.

This is all I seek.

But sometimes, why does it seem out of reach?
